I’ve never had any problems with WOW billing. I’m sure it happens, it happens in any large company where they’re dealing with millions of user accounts a few fuck ups happen.

As for server outages, well it’s part of the internet and life online. Obviously they’re frustrating, especially if you’ve set aside time to play, but at the end of the day Blizzard has been really good about keeping people informed when they do go down and getting them back up as soon as possible.

I have some inside information – there are a lot of CNET WoW players. A LOT. But does that surprise you?

i couldn’t agree more. it sucks when it’s down, but people going to the better business people – that’s crap. it’s a game that we pay for, a service, and soemtimes things don’t wrok right. sometimes my cable goes out, sometimes my cable goes out, sometimes my car needs new parts. that’s the way it goes.

i’m more upset about the economy on my server then about waiting to get online. gorram spider’s silk.
